My first car was a Saturn, my current car is a mystique, I once helped crash a moving truck into a pole and knocked out power to half of Grapevine Mainstreet. I am not really sure what a "new age beverage" is and I love...Pumpkins?

What do you mean you think I’m obsessed with technology? These are tools, not toys!
Well, as you know from my past posts, every Saturday I make Reese pancakes. Since most Saturday pancakes are for Reese, today I decided to make something that Lindsay would enjoy. So today I made “Red Velvet Pancakes with Cream Cheese Sauce”, or as I call then “The Haven Special”. (Haven is my sister and Red Velvet Cake is her favorite, she had it every birthday growing up.)

Every Saturday I make Reese “Special Pancakes”, my own secret recipe. (They’re the best you’ve ever had, trust me.) Because I always try to keep Reese guessing, and because she get’s easily bored of me, today we made EXTRA SPECIAL pancakes. Reese got to pick the picture and I tried to make it as a pancake. In order: Mickey Mouse, a star, a clown, a heart , “R” for Reese, and then a picture of Reese. (Of Course, Reese reminded me she was a princess and needed a crown.)
Have I mentioned lately what an incredible mom my wife is? I once tried to make a list of all the ways she was a great wife and I crashed the internet… So, to save us all the frustration of having to wait while the interweb reboots, I will just say it this way: Never in all my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that I would have the honor of having a wife like Lindsay Cole Holsinger.
She is the greatest thing that ever happened to me! I LOVE HER!
