My family has been in town this week. We took the girls to the Stock Yards via the train from Grapevine. They loved it. The whole family was there minus Lindsay, who pulled into the train station parking lot as the train was rolling away.
I tried my best to stall the train until she got there put to no avail. She did meet us at the Stock Yards, she just missed out on the hour and a half ride in the HOT train.

Reese’s favorite park has this pond in the middle of it. Every time we go and Reese walks out onto the dock of the pond, you see all these turtle heads start to poke out of the water and swim towards her.
It’s like the turtles have some kind of strange attraction to her. I think that they are so used to being fed be people, the minute they see a person on that dock they just head over.
I counted 30 turtles on this day. There have been more. It’s kind of disgusting.
